Pollinator Garden - Coming Spring 2021!

Susan Foster and Paul Lindemeyer are spearheading a new initiative to create a pollinator garden in the semicircle bordering Riverside Avenue (near the WWII monument and rock and where the tree work was done). A pollinator garden is a garden that is planted predominately with flowers that provide nector or pollen for a wide range of pollinating insects. A long-time vision of our Rector Stephanie, the garden will have approximately 30 feet by 8 feet of planting space available. We are seeking pollinator plant donatons for the Spring from our parishioners' gardens. If you are interested in making a springtime plant donation, please email both Susan and Paul with the following details; the common name of the plant, its height, time of season it blooms, and the color. We will then work on the desing and get back to you.
Feel free to reach out to us if you are unsure if you have any pollinator plants. Thank you!
