A Note From Deacon Liz
Dear St. Paul’s Family,
I am hoping and praying you are all safe and well, and writing to let you know that I am thinking of all of you as we make our way through this difficult and stressful time.
I also want to reassure you that I have not “flown the coop” so to speak, but am well. Because of the pandemic, my work hours have changed drastically, and I am unable to be present for any of our services at least until the end of June. I am very much looking forward to seeing all of you again when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, please know that you are all in my heart and prayers as we move through this crisis.
I am available always for a phone call or e-mail. Please do not hesitate to be in touch! Please stay safe and remember that we must all work together to be mindful of those in our community who are not as strong as we are, and who need our help.
A prayer I would like to share,
O God, our times are in your hand. In the midst of uncertainty lead us by your never failing grace as we seek to be agents of healing and hope. Walk with us through difficult times; watch over us in danger; and give to us a spirit of love and compassion for those who suffer and mourn. And finally remind us that you have promised never to leave us so that even in the valley of the shadow of death your love may be felt, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. By The Rev. Lyndon Harris
